Note on schools: our Johnstown homesites are in the Johnstown-Monroe Local School District, not New Albany-Plain Local Schools. If a specific school district is a must for your family, tell us early and we’ll help you weigh your options. Always confirm school assignment with the district for any address.

Already own land, or found a lot in the New Albany area? We can help you look at it before you commit: access, utilities, soils, site prep, and how a home will sit on it. Many neighborhoods around New Albany have design guidelines, HOA rules, or architectural review. We work within those rules and plan for review time in the schedule.
